Tim was cordial, extremely knowledgeable about his company and was invaluable in helping me to provide the information he needed to determine whether State Farm could offer comparable coverage at a lower price. This included 3-party phone calls to my insurance companies to obtain required information in the form he needed. He collated the responses and reviewed State Farm policies and prices.
